Coastal Dreams Eyeshadow is a matte blue shade for bold accents or soft definition. Use as shadow or liner, wet or dry. Clean, vegan, and fragrance-free. Available in mini size (1 gram) or full size (2 grams).

Use wet or dry with an eyeshadow brush or wet a detailed liner brush before dipping into the product and line the eyes as desired. Do not mix water directly into the product.
