Processing Time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days. We do not ship on weekends. Please allow extra time for international shipments and larger orders. You will receive an automated email confirmation once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage™ (Insured) or Priority Mail® (Insured).
- USPS Ground Advantage™: Delivery time is 2-5 business days.
- Priority Mail®: Delivery time is 1-3 business days.
These are average shipping times and are not guaranteed by USPS. We do not offer expedited or overnight shipping, and we are not liable for delays caused by USPS.
Free Domestic Shipping
During promotional periods, free USPS domestic shipping may be offered. Coastal Classic Creations® selects the USPS service for these shipments. You will receive tracking details via email.
International Shipping
All international orders are shipped via Priority Mail International® (Insured) or First Class Package International Service™ (Insured).
- Priority Mail International®: Delivery time is 6-10 business days.
- First Class Package International™: Delivery time is 7-21 business days.
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed by USPS. Additional duties or taxes may apply depending on your country.
Exceptions
Shipping may be delayed for the following reasons:
- Incorrect billing or shipping address
- Payment issues
- Severe weather conditions
- Delays by the carrier
- Extremely high order volume

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during the checkout process.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, contact us with photos of the damage, including the packaging. We may ask for the item to be sent for inspection or to complete an affidavit if required by our insurance carrier. Please keep the damaged item until the claim is resolved.
Lost Packages
If the tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, we will investigate. If necessary, we will file an insurance claim, but no replacement or refund will be issued until the claim is settled. Fraudulent claims will be reported to the USPS and local authorities.

Duties & Taxes
Coastal Classic Creations® is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply. These costs are the buyer’s responsibility. No refunds will be given for failure to pay customs fees.
Shipping as Gifts
Per U.S. law, a purchased article intended as a gift is not considered a gift by customs.
Customs Issues
If your order is delayed, quarantined, or disposed of by customs, it is the buyer’s responsibility. We will not issue refunds or replacements for orders that are detained, returned, or discarded by customs.
Customs Charges
Any import fees or charges imposed by your country are your responsibility. If a package is returned due to unpaid fees or other customs issues, reshipping charges will apply. Coastal Classic Creations® is not responsible for import fees or customs charges.
