By visiting Coastal Classic Creations®, you agree that the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws, will govern these eGift Card Terms and Conditions. These terms are subject to change without notice. Coastal Classic Creations® eGift Cards are issued by Coastal Classic Creations®.
eGift Cards
Coastal Classic Creations® eGift Cards are redeemable online only. No fees of any kind will be imposed on purchasers or recipients in connection with the sale of eGift Cards.
Redemption
To use your eGift Card, visit www.coastalclassiccreations.com, select your items, and proceed to checkout. On the billing page, enter your eGift Card number along with a valid payment method. If your order exceeds the eGift Card value, the remaining balance will be charged to your credit card. If the order total is less than the eGift Card value, no charges will be made to your credit card, and the remaining balance will stay on the card.
Only one eGift Card may be used per order.
Check Your Balance
To check your balance, please use our Contact Us form.
Returns
eGift Cards cannot be returned or canceled after receipt. If you wish to cancel an eGift Card purchase before delivery, please use our Contact Us form.
Lost or Stolen eGift Cards
If your eGift Card is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately using the Contact Us form. eGift Cards will not be replaced without proof of purchase. Treat your eGift Card like cash.
Limitations
eGift Cards cannot be used to purchase other eGift Cards, and cannot be reloaded, resold, or redeemed for cash, except as required by law. They may not be transferred for value. The total purchase of eGift Cards may not exceed $1,000.00 in one calendar day.

The information you provide when purchasing eGift Cards is subject to our Privacy Statement. We may send information about your eGift Card’s redemption status.
Risk of Loss
Ownership and risk of loss of eGift Cards transfer to the purchaser once we send the confirmation. We are not responsible for lost or stolen eGift Cards. Please use our Contact Us form for assistance.

Coastal Classic Creations® eGift Cards may be purchased with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or Apple Pay.
Delivery Information
eGift Cards are subject to verification against your financial institution’s information. If there is a discrepancy, your order may be delayed. We are not responsible for undeliverable eGift Cards due to incorrect email addresses. Please verify your email before submitting your order.
Reasons for Failed Delivery
If you haven't received your eGift Card, the most common reasons are:
- Spam filters blocking the email
- Firewalls blocking the email
- Overfilled inbox
- Invalid email address
To resolve delivery issues, ensure your spam filters allow emails from Coastal Classic Creations®.
Limitation of Liability
Coastal Classic Creations® makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to eGift Cards, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. If an eGift Card code is non-functional, your sole remedy is the replacement of the card. Certain state laws may not allow limitations on warranties or damages.
Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Mateo County, California.
