Coastal Evenings is an obsidian matte eyeshadow with deep, true-black pigment. This finely milled loose powder is safe for sensitive eyes and ideal for bold liner or smoky looks. Use wet or dry.
Black Iron Oxide (CI 77499)
Use wet or dry with an eyeshadow brush or wet a detailed liner brush before dipping into the product and line the eyes as desired. Do not mix water directly into the product.
Formulated using synthetic, cosmetic-grade iron oxides that undergo rigorous purification and heavy metal filtration. These pigments meet or exceed FDA (21 CFR 73.2250) and EU Regulation 1223/2009 specifications, including strict limits on lead, arsenic, and mercury content. This gives both regulators and consumers confidence that using these pigments will not introduce lead, arsenic, mercury, or other heavy metal risks into makeup.
