Seacliff is a deep plum burgundy matte eyeshadow with rich, moody undertones. This finely milled loose powder is safe for sensitive skin and perfect for smoky eye looks or softly defined creases. Use wet or dry.
Red Iron Oxide (CI 77491)
Use wet or dry with an eyeshadow brush or wet a detailed liner brush before dipping into the product and line the eyes as desired. Do not mix water directly into the product.
Formulated using synthetic, cosmetic-grade iron oxides that undergo rigorous purification and heavy metal filtration. These pigments meet or exceed FDA (21 CFR 73.2250) and EU Regulation 1223/2009 specifications, including strict limits on lead, arsenic, and mercury content.
