Shell is a warm muted rose brown matte eyeshadow with a delicate, earthy blush. This loose powder is gentle on sensitive eyes and perfect for soft romantic definition or neutral lid color. Use wet or dry.
Brown Iron Oxide (CI 77499, CI 77492, CI 77491)
Use wet or dry with an eyeshadow brush or wet a detailed liner brush before dipping into the product and line the eyes as desired. Do not mix water directly into the product.
Formulated using synthetic, cosmetic-grade iron oxides that undergo rigorous purification and heavy metal filtration. These pigments meet or exceed FDA (21 CFR 73.2250) and EU Regulation 1223/2009 specifications, including strict limits on lead, arsenic, and mercury content. This gives both regulators and consumers confidence that using these pigments will not introduce lead, arsenic, mercury, or other heavy metal risks into makeup.
